    it.

  17. This can happen if the Spooler service is corrupted. You can ‘repair’ the
    operating system using the installation disc. The service can also be
    repaired by merging the corresponding registry key from a working machine
    but we wouldn’t recommend that without the guidance of a technician. Feel
    free to call us if required.
