If error 87 comes up, just search for "cmd" and then when the icon shows up right click and run as administrator. First time I tried was win+R and typing cmd but it wasnt enough I guess so try what I said.

Check the last part of the video (where he referenced the "E" drive). The same happened to me the first time but when I referenced the right drive it fixed it. Mine was a download, but I mounted it and it was set to F, so I changed it to F and it worked. Hope that helps you get it working.
October 17 via the Windows store, and October 18 for retail; Meaning Windows 8.1 should be replacing Windows 8 as a purchasable item, but with not further Cost. Think of it like Windows 8 + Windows 8.1 for free. The update if you already have Windows 8 will be free. So enjoy the 8.1 free update on the 17th.
