  14. The status bar update is good. Before the update, only the default
wallpapers have translucent/transparent status bar, and this refrain me
from using my custom wallpaper, as long-time AMOLED users will know, the
non-translucent status bar left an obvious burn-in after prolong usage.

  15. will this update come to other countries? for example Romania, Hungary etc.

  25. dont use pin .. lol

  26. Thank you I have the same issue but neglected to observe the small plastic
ring had indeed accumulated quite a circle of dust around it's inner edge!
Rather than use a pin though, I just used my nail and scraped it across the
outer top edge, the plastic is quite thick and comes away very easily.

  28. I had this problem also. Do the following: Camera Failed Solution 1: Clear
camera cache and data. The first working solution, according to reports,
would be to clear camera app’s cache and data. From the Home screen, tap
Menu. Choose Settings. Tap Applications Manager. Swipe to choose All tab.
Choose Camera. Tap Force Stop button. Tap Clear Data button. Reboot the
    phone.

thanks dude it worked like a charm. I was skeptical of putting a sharp
object near the lens and your method went smoothly. I've honesty been
annoyed by that plastic bit since day one. :D Thanks a lot!

    I just noticed this plastic.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Don't use a pin, you could scratch the lens, just get a piece of scotch
tape press it on, then pull it off, the plastic will come right off, then
just give the lens a quick cleaning and you're good to go.

  36. Thank you so much! I couldn't figure out how to take off the plastic!

  38. My gf's S4 mini camera takes foggy pics; thought this might be the reason -
it's not. Took it back to O2 for replacement, they offered to repair only -
whipped out the Sale of Goods Act and beat them over the head with it.
Walked away with nice shiny S4 mini with a working camera. Gotta love SOGA

  39. Excellent, thank you. I managed to smoothly take off the cover thanks to
your tip as I was having no luck with my finger nails and didn't want to
fiddle too much with the handset as I just got it today. Reason for
removing my one cause there was a scratch mark on the plastic so it served
    it's purpose lol.

  44. NEW MASCOT! Having problems with your Galaxy S4 Camera? This video may help
with fringing or blurry pictures. In most cases it's due to a bit of
protective plastic that was placed on the camera surround at manufacture to
remove it takes seconds and can improve your Galaxy S4 camera images
    considerably.
