4:32 if someone really had a spine curved like that, you wouldn't need an

This is a superb presentation. Maybe you should check your posture and add
yoga stretching to your routine. The Pink Panter has no gluteus (due to the
lumbar lordosis) AND he has a back hunch (due to the cervical lordosis).
The vertebra tries to keep the "S" shape balance and compensates at the
neck. I have 4 herniated cervical and 3 herniated lumbar. Wasted a lot of
time and thousand of dollars with all type of pain management doctors,
physical therapists, chiropractors, etc. I give you this free advice: NO
neck weights and yoga exercises to stretch your back muscles. If you are
interested I can suggest some routines. Good luck.

  23. Holy Crap! I have Donald Duck Syndrome!

On a serious note, though, I have been lifting for years and never really
paid my lower back pain much attention. I figured it was simply because of
the squatting/deadlifting and such I was doing. I had come to the
realization that I probably had weak hamstrings and abs, but didn't put it
all together until today when researching why I have butt wink during
    squats.

Cliff Notes: If you don't have an educated training partner or personal
trainer or you lift alone, please record your self and check your form
before you snap your shit up.

  25. What if I have back pain with tight hams and hip flexors and weak abs and
lumbar erectors? That's at least what I believe I have.

  27. Hello everyone. Amazing vid. My pal had been a fatty. He went from 290 lbs
of fat into 215 lbs of natural lean muscle. That shit was insane! I just
subscribed myself because I'm hoping to get stronger muscle mass. He used
the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)...

  28. Do stretching for hamstrings, glutes and for 15 minutes in morning and 15
minutes before sleep. Maybe you'll find help here also: mindbodygreen( dot)

  29. Hey I've got finals duck syndrome, I go to the gym and play football.
What's the best exercises I should focus on ? Physio all say the same think
strengthen core but it doesn't seem to help, hamstrings remain tight as do
    glutes and lower back

  30. This video, no kidding, saved me of soooooo much pain. TNX!

  31. VERY informative video. I'm so damn impressed with you Elliot.

  32. If the pain isn't going away, definitely look into it. Start stretching
your hamstrings twice a day, and take a dip in a warm bath or hot tub
before you go to bed. If that doesn't fix it see a chiropractor or physical
    therapist.
