  4. It needs to be pointed out that the program opens with a Shell and
cleanspl.exe needs to be typed in to run it. Also, how does this program
work? All it did is ask if I wanted to delete certain files that I wanted
to save. I pressed NO for most of them and the program said it "could not
start the Spooler service" because it "could not find the path specified."
    What's up? Did I delete stuff I shouldn't have?

  7. I right clicked on print spooler, clicked on properties, went to
dependencies where I found LexBce server. I looked that up on services
where I found the print spooler and turned it from manual to automatic.
Then I looked up LexBce dependencies and turned on Remote Procedure Call to
automatic as well and it works fine now. ALL THOSE HOURS WASTED! DON'T
DOWNLOAD ANYTHING UNTIL YOU LOOK TO SEE IF THE DEPENDENT PROGRAMS ARE
    TURNED ON.

  8. Shouldn't need Fix Wizard, and after uninstalling it a link popped up. I
have to assume that the program spammed me with spyware. Don't download
    Wizard.

  19. Ok thanks for trying to help...however, you failed to mention and actually
edited out that printer spooler fix from the website will show everything
that needs to be fixed and then ask you to pay $30+ dollars to fix it. This
is very crude marketing and pretty much makes your advice untrustworthy,
because of you lack of honesty.

  20. After trying every thing The ONLY way to fix print spooler error’s is to do
a system repair or system format and reinstall. My friend had this problem
on his pc and soon as we did the system repair the print spooler error was
completely fixed. I thought that we had fixed it by removing the hotfixes
but the problem returned. This is the only way to fix the problem properly

There is no need to pay, just download something called Windows Server 2003
Resource Kit Tools, run the program called cleanspl.exe that is included
and then reinstall the printer. Worked for me. I suspect this program is
just a repackaged version of cleanspl.exe.

  24. this is a rip off. i had this problem before, and this happens when the PC
runs out of Ram. so it cannot create a Printer Spool. please close all
programs that consume RAM and try again, if not upgrade your RAM

  31. If you did an upgrade on windows and not a clean install then you might
have a problem there. Does the printer work on anything else? Tried
uninstalling and re-installing drivers? A clean install should fix it if
the printer does actually work. Regards, Josh

  32. @cappieinca - did it work?

  33. Hi Techguy Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried this method before, but I
did it again. My microsoft pinter screen still says STATUS: Spooling. Any

  36. Hello Techguy. I'm having massive problems getting my print spool to work.
I followed your process which was nice and clear only to get error message
1053. I have read that a Microsoft update may have affected a lot of
Windows 7 users. Can you help before I ditch this system and go to Apple???
    kind regards

  38. @cappieinca - are you printing off of the internet?

    ReplyDelete
  39. @cappieinca - ummmm. Have you tried turning the router (guessing you still
have the printer wireless) off and on again? Try the same with the computer
and printer aswell. If that doesn't work, then connect the printer directly
to the computer. If it works when plugged in, then delete the wireless
printer from your computer and reconfigure it. Hope this helps, if it
doesn't then I have facebook, msn, skype ect to chat directly instead of
    this!
