    Hello everyone, my first PC is equipped with an operating system Windows XP
    SP2 system32 bit, I want to request an application that opens net framework
    version 4.0.030319 - When installing NET framework 4 this application is
    rejectable by my pc because my pc only accepts NET version with a version
    less than or equal to 2, is that there is a possibility that my pc is in
    agreement to install the version of NET framework 3.1 or higher please help
    me to solve this problem
