    Once you set the compatibility to windows 7, and MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE
    BOX- RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

    (I right clicked on my desktop and REFRESH, then I proceeded to open LOL)

    It worked wonderfully and I am getting updates installed AWS :)
