    I had the same problem the other day and found that I had a bulb that was
    shorting out within itself, allowing current. I just had to jiggle the
    correct one and the rest came on.

    @mynameissqueegy The model GVD-3505 which is a newer model than mine is
    about $13 at Home Depot.
