    What if it doesn't show up on the bottom? Sometimes it does, but most times
    it wont..

    any suggestions if the print spooler "stop" is shaded out? The print job
    shows in the queue but it shows as being deleting however it has been
    deleting for hours now. I have unplugged the cable from both laptop and
    printer waited a bit then walked through the process but nothing different.
    I have tried to cancel all jobs and nothing. I have tried to print from
    other programs but nothing. any suggestions aside from re-installing the
    software for my printer? thanks

    Mine is an officejet 4620 all-in-one, i tried this and it didn't work. My
    setting was printing wirelessly tho; still i tried the cable printing
    method but nothing seem to be fixed

    I can't find "system and security". There's one place for system, and
    another place that says security center. Perhaps this video's too old?

    This video does help, I have seen it before and it did work. I was just
    here to figure it out because I forgot how to do it, and when I am half way

    Its funny this problem started after a paper jam also Ihave tried to
    resolve but to nothing but problems no signal to printer . Tried the video
    and copied his step by step but nothing its vista crap and leave us hanging
