  2. Restarting the phone only fixes the problem temporarily, here's how to fix
    it permanently:

    - Go to home screen.
    - Select the settings option.
    - Press wireless & networks from the default settings list.
    - Tap on mobile networks option.
    - Choose the network operators option.
    - Your device will search for available networks.
    - Choose & select the desired network.
    - You are registered on that network & issue will be solved.

    I hope fixing the problem took less than 4 minutes ;)
