    my problem is different - it says my internet explore is running without
    add-ons - I reset as you pointed out above and I still get it (before I saw
    how you did it) - I went to manage add-ons and I have add-ons enabled -
    tried "windows fix-it" that didn't work either - any ideas??? I tried
    Google Chrome HATED IT - tried Firefox long ago and didn't like it - hmmm
    can you help???
