    like,access denied,run Cmd As Admin,(right click it),for people who cant
    rename the file,do the first step at cmd,or it wont allow you to change

    Wow this actually worked, I have been through hell, spamming forums,
    reformatting my pc, running mass virus scans, disk cleaning, re-installing
    LoL everythink you can think off and nothing worked but this simple thing
